Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the processing of all repairs, ensuring the quality meets R2Net standards and customer requests are accurately fulfilled and completed on time. Document condition photos when necessary. Investigate repair orders with issues, expedite late orders, and handle rush requests from the customer service team while providing follow-up communication. Process returns, evaluating merchandise for quality and compliance with the return policy. Communicate recurring product quality issues to management and suggest corrective actions to enhance quality standards while responding promptly to customer service requests. Systematically manage repair orders from the QC R & R receiving location to the inspector workstation. Maintain detailed records of quality control activities and inspection results. Support QC operations for new order processing as needed. Manage opening and closing activities for QC areas. Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of experience in jewelry repair and production is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree is preferred. Thorough knowledge of jewelry repair techniques, tools, and materials. Proficiency in working with precious metals and gemstones. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
