Job Summary
- Oversee the planning and execution of quality control activities across designated disciplines, ensuring compliance with the quality management system established by the QC Manager.
- Implement inspection and testing protocols, while effectively managing the team of inspectors within the assigned disciplines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Quality Procedures and Inspection Test Plans.
- Ensure performance metrics in the quality domain are met and managed according to established processes.
- Analyze Quality Performance Indicators and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
- Engage with clients to resolve quality concerns, including Non-Conformance Reports and other observations.
- Utilize management systems (FMCS, SCMS) for overseeing work activities.
