Job Summary

Oversee the planning and execution of quality control activities across designated disciplines, ensuring compliance with the quality management system established by the QC Manager.
Implement inspection and testing protocols, while effectively managing the team of inspectors within the assigned disciplines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Quality Procedures and Inspection Test Plans.
Ensure performance metrics in the quality domain are met and managed according to established processes.
Analyze Quality Performance Indicators and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
Engage with clients to resolve quality concerns, including Non-Conformance Reports and other observations.
Utilize management systems (FMCS, SCMS) for overseeing work activities.
