This exciting opportunity allows you to ensure product quality in a dynamic environment, working with a diverse range of products. Your responsibilities will include conducting various inspections such as First Piece, In-process, Last Piece, Final, and First Article Inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to achieve organizational objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Perform Receiving Inspections to verify the compliance of incoming parts, materials, and documentation.
  • Conduct First Piece, In-process, Last Piece, and Final inspections according to established sampling plans and product specifications.
  • Execute First Article Inspections to ensure manufacturing processes align with customer requirements.
  • Complete customer-specific inspections and generate reports as needed.
  • Document and manage nonconforming products in line with company policies.
  • Request necessary documentation from suppliers for completeness.
  • Utilize precise measuring tools and automated inspection equipment for inspections, including basic programming tasks.
  • Maintain professional interactions with other departments to address quality and service issues.
  • Support other departments in achieving their goals by providing relevant information and assistance.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the team and the company.
  • Follow departmental procedures and suggest improvements as necessary.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor within the scope of business operations.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
