To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the quality field. An Associate degree is preferred. You must be proficient in using gauges, inspection fixtures, and leak testing equipment. Familiarity with software productivity tools, including Statistical Process Control, is essential. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and standing for approximately 75% of your shift.

Join our team as a Quality Inspector (600-C) where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Quality Lead and Operational Quality Manager. Your efforts will help us achieve our quality objectives while enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operating systems, ultimately reducing costs and ensuring top-notch product quality.

In this role, you will be responsible for adhering to our company's policies, including cGMP, ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, and Continuous Improvement initiatives, along with following standard work procedures.

Your duties will include interpreting part drawings, manuals, and specifications to determine appropriate inspection methods and certification processes. You will analyze test data, compute results, and select samples for testing to ensure compliance with quality standards.

As a Quality Inspector, you will compare product attributes such as color, shape, and texture against established standards, conduct lot documentation reviews, and ensure good documentation practices are followed. You will reject non-compliant materials and products, discuss findings with relevant personnel, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Additionally, you will utilize various measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and maintain meticulous records of nonconformances and rework instructions. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
