Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed inspections of architectural works to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and established quality standards.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project requirements and industry regulations.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities, ensuring appropriate corrective measures are executed.
- Review architectural shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements for compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to address technical and quality-related challenges.
- Participate in site meetings, progress assessments, and quality coordination discussions.
- Keep precise records of inspections, reports, and documentation in accordance with project protocols.
- Assist in the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that all architectural finishes, materials, and workmanship conform to required standards.
- Support final inspections, snagging processes, and project handover activities.
