The Opportunity
As a pivotal member of our leadership team, the Quality Manager/Director at acurussolutions will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS). Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be instrumental in upholding our esteemed reputation by ensuring strict adherence to ISO standards and HIPAA regulations while spearheading transformative Six Sigma projects across our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. This is a remarkable opportunity to cultivate a culture of excellence and significantly impact client trust and operational efficiency within a dynamic, rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Quality Framework: Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive Quality Management Framework tailored specifically for US Healthcare and RCM operations.
- Maintain ISO Excellence: Lead the processes necessary for obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001 certification, ensuring compliance with global industry standards.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement Six Sigma and Lean initiatives to systematically minimize claim denials, reduce rework, and improve turnaround times (TAT).
- Lead Audits: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal, external, and client-facing audits, ensuring a consistent state of audit preparedness.
- Manage Governance: Oversee the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) process, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and maintain detailed risk registers.
- Monitor Performance: Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, including Accuracy, Compliance, Productivity, and Defect Rates.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate effectively with Operations, IT, HR, and Security teams to align quality initiatives across departments.
