Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Quality Manager to spearhead the advancement of our quality practices and instill a robust quality culture within our data analytics processes. This pivotal role encompasses the design, implementation, and enhancement of a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that guarantees the consistency and excellence of our project execution, data pipelines, and final deliverables.
The Quality Manager will lead our Operations Quality Assurance team while collaborating closely with operational leaders, project teams, partner management, sales, and finance departments. This position demands a strategic leader who blends extensive quality management expertise with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence across functions. The ideal candidate will excel in nurturing quality from inconsistent practices to a streamlined, measurable approach.
As a central figure in our organization, you will play a crucial role in scaling our operations, minimizing defects, building customer trust, and fostering continuous improvement throughout the company.
This role is based in our Middleton, WI office.
