Position Overview
The RAN Deployment Engineer plays a critical role in executing deployment, installation, and integration activities essential for establishing stable satellite-to-mobile connectivity in India and across our global programs. This position involves supporting gateway and cell-site constructions, conducting beam surveys, validating field installations, uploading configurations, and performing probe-based integration checks to ensure RAN readiness for satellite network activation.
The role requires close collaboration with regional engineering teams, the Network Operations Center (NOC), vendors, and global deployment groups to troubleshoot technical challenges, maintain high integration standards, and facilitate seamless service enablement.
Functioning at the confluence of field engineering and advanced satellite-RAN deployment, this position demands meticulous attention to detail during installations, disciplined validation methodologies, and continuous coordination with cross-functional teams. The RAN Deployment Engineer must adeptly balance technical precision, operational urgency, and compliance with regulatory differences across India to ensure readiness for global satellite network activation.
