Join Our Team as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant!

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle property listings and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and transaction documentation efficiently.
2. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects sourced from various lead generation channels.
3. Ensure accurate tracking of leads, contacts, buyers, and sellers through a well-organized CRM system.
4. Oversee property listings, monitor staging and repairs, and manage open houses and promotional events.
5. Collect and analyze market insights and local amenities to assist clients in making informed decisions.
6. Schedule appointments and meetings among buyers, sellers, brokers, and agents.
7. Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
8. Support with ad hoc projects as they arise.
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or a certification in a business-related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or in a relevant role.
• Proficient in CRM and Multiple Listing Services (MLS).
• Experience with Property Management software (e.g., Appfolio, Buildium, etc.).
• Strong background in content writing or copywriting.
• Familiarity with content management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to work during graveyard shifts.
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation capabilities.
• Functional Webcam.
• Computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
• Internet connection with a primary speed of at least 25 Mbps and a backup speed of 10 Mbps.
