In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the backend operations of our thriving real estate practice. We are looking for someone who thrives on organization, meticulous data entry, and maintaining systematic structures that bolster client relationships.
The current workload is steady and manageable, with lighter volumes anticipated during the summer months, providing ample opportunity for growth as our business expands. We are eager to welcome support as soon as possible, prioritizing consistency, accuracy, and trust.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management
- Input and manage client data using Google Sheets (or a future CRM system)
- Organize client stages, pipelines, and follow-up touchpoints
- Track significant dates like client birthdays and milestones
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and well-structured client information
File & Document Organization
- Manage and structure files in Dropbox
- Review client documents (e.g., driver’s licenses, IDs)
- Accurately input document details into required forms
- Ensure a clear and consistent folder structure
Administrative Support
- Perform general backend admin tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with form completion and data verification
- Support daily organizational needs as they arise
Basic Design & Content Support
- Create simple graphics in Canva using existing templates
- Assist with light visual updates or admin-related design tasks
