Receptionist

Position Overview:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the reception department for prospective students, current students, and campus partners.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls through the telephone center.
  • Managing and processing both electronic and physical correspondence.
  • Overseeing attendance tracking for faculty members (check in - check out).
  • Organizing and scheduling back-office tasks efficiently.
  • Assisting with basic cash transactions.
