Your consultative approach will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions. A Day in the Life:
- Oversee and streamline the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers, for candidates at all levels.
- Develop talent pipelines for multiple requisitions across business teams and geographical locations, emphasizing diversity and balanced candidate slates.
- Champion inclusion by building diverse pipelines at the initial stages of recruitment.
- Collaborate with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations, and finance to devise comprehensive hiring strategies.
- Educate business leaders and hiring managers on effective processes, interview best practices, and decision-making frameworks.
- Deliver outstanding candidate experiences, innovating ways to surprise and engage candidates throughout the interview process.
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidate data, employing systems effectively to provide insightful reports.
- Utilize creative methods to identify and engage the most passionate individuals for Airbnb.
