Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions through various sourcing methods including job postings, referrals, and agency partnerships.
- Conduct thorough screenings to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications for our roles.
- Work collaboratively with leadership to design and optimize interview processes.
- Follow up and finalize communication with all interviewed candidates.
- Negotiate compensation packages with successful candidates.
- Enhance our recruitment strategies by training interview teams on best practices.
- Utilize Greenhouse to monitor candidate progress, manage talent pipelines, and maintain accurate data for reporting purposes.
- Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates, regardless of the outcome.
Who You Are:
- You have 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, either in-house or within a staffing agency environment.
- A talent sourcing expert, adept at identifying where the best candidates are located.
- You are autonomous, capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
- You possess strong skills in selling our value proposition, negotiating, and securing top candidates.
- You thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment and are responsive to changing processes.
