Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions through various sourcing methods including job postings, referrals, and agency partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough screenings to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications for our roles.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to design and optimize interview processes.
  • Follow up and finalize communication with all interviewed candidates.
  • Negotiate compensation packages with successful candidates.
  • Enhance our recruitment strategies by training interview teams on best practices.
  • Utilize Greenhouse to monitor candidate progress, manage talent pipelines, and maintain accurate data for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates, regardless of the outcome.

Who You Are:

  • You have 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, either in-house or within a staffing agency environment.
  • A talent sourcing expert, adept at identifying where the best candidates are located.
  • You are autonomous, capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
  • You possess strong skills in selling our value proposition, negotiating, and securing top candidates.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment and are responsive to changing processes.
