Job Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in fostering growth through recruitment, focusing on building the right 'people' and 'organization'.
Specific Duties Include:
Proactively formulating and executing strategies for talent pool development.
Providing supportive follow-up for candidates.
Designing and arranging selection processes.
Collaborating with management to define the necessary talent requirements.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR/recruitment, corporate sales, career advising, or customer success with external negotiation experience.
Proven track record of designing processes to achieve quantitative goals continuously.
Ability to navigate and achieve targets in uncertain situations through a PDCA cycle.
*We welcome candidates with experience in recruitment support through staffing agencies or those with strong communication skills from client-facing roles, even if they lack direct in-house recruitment experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as an internal recruiter.
Experience in mid-career recruitment.
Experience in recruiting engineers.
Experience in recruiting consultants.
Experience in business roles outside of HR/recruitment.

Salary
Negotiable. We implement a mission-grade system where compensation is determined by the impact and scope of the role, regardless of age or tenure. The initial grade will be set during the selection process, with evaluations occurring semi-annually.
Working Hours
Flexible work hours.
Salary Increases and Bonuses
Salary reviews: twice a year; evaluations conducted once every six months; regular one-on-one sessions with the CEO or CTO.
