Role Overview
As a Recruiting Consultant at HiveSmart, you will serve as a valued talent partner to our clients, overseeing the complete recruiting lifecycle on their behalf. Your role will encompass supporting a variety of positions across different functions and levels, while closely collaborating with client stakeholders to identify their hiring requirements, develop effective search strategies, and ensure an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position is perfect for an individual who excels in a consulting atmosphere, adeptly manages multiple searches and stakeholders, and enjoys providing structure and clarity in fast-paced hiring situations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary recruiting partner for assigned HiveSmart clients.
Cultivate strong relationships with founders, executives, and hiring managers.
Translate business objectives into clear hiring strategies and role definitions.
Set realistic expectations regarding timelines, market conditions, and candidate profiles.
Provide clients with regular updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution
Manage the complete recruiting process from initial intake to offer acceptance.
Facilitate intake meetings to clarify role requirements, success metrics, and interview frameworks.
