The primary responsibility of the Recruitment Resourcer is to source and manage pre-employment vacancies, which includes:
- Identifying and sourcing potential candidates for training programs
- Coordinating interviews and assessment centers
- Engaging with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Advertising open positions across various job platforms, including Apprenticeship sites and Job Centre Plus
- Matching candidates to appropriate vacancies
- Conducting interviews with prospective candidates
- Creating shortlists of qualified applicants
- Scheduling enrolment and start dates for training courses
- Maintaining regular contact with enrolled trainees
- Providing exceptional information and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders
