Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a call center or telemarketing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adept at using various sourcing techniques to attract candidates. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
