Join Allegis Global Solutions as a Recruitment Specialist where you will support the daily operations of our managed workforce recruitment program. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will leverage your expertise in recruitment processes and stakeholder management to oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle. This role does not require direct sourcing, as you will collaborate with a network of recruitment agencies.
Your responsibilities will include assisting hiring managers through all phases of contract labor acquisition, from requisition intake to onboarding and contractor management. You will demonstrate your recruitment acumen by preparing insightful questions for requisition intake sessions and documenting conversations in our VMS systems such as Fieldglass and Beeline.
Utilizing analytical reports, you will manage open requirements and advise managers on sourcing strategies to ensure timely responses. Regular discussions with hiring managers will be essential to align expectations and ensure smooth communication throughout the requisition fulfillment process.
Additionally, you will coach and manage the performance of staffing suppliers, address client/supplier issues, monitor compliance, and maintain performance reports. Your role is pivotal in providing seamless interaction between clients, staffing vendors, and partners.
