Basic Qualifications:7 years of overall recruitment experience.4 years of agency recruitment experience.3 years of experience in technology recruitment.3 years of direct sourcing experience. Preferred Qualifications:Prior recruiting experience is highly desirable; telemarketing experience is a plus. Innovative strategies to engage passive candidates. Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment. Strong multitasking and independent work capabilities, with excellent time-management and documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept in utilizing social media for recruitment. Conduct research on employment trends and salary data. Technical understanding of web technologies, particularly in e-commerce, content management, IT governance, and interactive marketing. Skilled in delivering information to diverse audiences effectively. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
