GUTS Installatietechniek stands out as an innovative total installer, actively engaged in both retail and utility sectors. We create, install, and maintain technical installations for esteemed clients such as Dela, Bergman Klinieken, and De Bijenkorf. In the Gemeente Meijerijstad, we have successfully completed notable projects including the municipal office and two community swimming pools.
To sustain our growth trajectory, we are currently in search of a Refrigeration Technician who will be integral to the installation of various climate control and refrigeration systems, including refrigeration installations, air conditioning units, and VRF/VRV systems.
What We Offer:
A competitive base salary ranging from €3,300 to €4,083 gross per month, tailored to your expertise, background, and experience, along with a profit-sharing scheme;
Secondary employment benefits according to the collective labor agreement for Technical Installation Companies, including 25 vacation days, 13 ADV days, and pension contributions to the PMT pension fund;
Immediate permanent contract;

Your Responsibilities:
As part of your team, you will be responsible for delivering various refrigeration installations in retail and utility settings.
You will assemble, install, and finalize refrigeration systems;
You will advise clients on the optimal usage of refrigeration installations;
You will conduct maintenance and repairs on refrigeration systems;
You will test, drain, refill, and set up cooling systems;
You will manage refrigeration system settings.
