Your Role
As a Regional Account Executive focused on enterprise sales, you will be representing Redis Enterprise, a highly regarded database and real-time data platform. Your mission will be to drive transformative data solutions for organizations that require rapid response times for critical applications, ranging from inventory management to AI innovations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to maximize revenue in your territory.
Identify and cultivate a strong sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams.
Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers at executive, IT leadership, and developer levels, ensuring they receive the exceptional value Redis provides.
