We are seeking candidates with a commercial education and similar commercial experience in:Development of National or Regional AccountsMarketing of surveillance systems or solutions, intrusion detection, access control, or low current service offerings. Experience with National or Regional Accounts as part of an installer or electrical equipment manufacturer within the building services sector. A strong inclination for acquiring new accounts and discovering projects is essential. Your personality should reflect both a 'hunter' (field prospecting and negotiating new contracts) and a 'farmer' (growing business within acquired clients). Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills, along with dynamism, motivation, and organizational abilities, will be key to thriving in this role.

About the job

As a Regional Account Manager for Chubb Fire & Security in the Île-de-France region, you will be responsible for ensuring the sustainability and growth of revenue from a portfolio of national or regional key accounts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with various project and maintenance stakeholders within your client base, including procurement departments.
  • Preparing tailored commercial offers (installations and contracts) that address client needs while considering operational constraints and adhering to technical regulations (with support from the National Accounts engineering team).
  • Defending your commercial proposals and negotiating their acceptance.
  • Aiming to achieve annual objectives (both quantitative and qualitative) in alignment with group delegations.
  • Ensuring the continuity of existing contracts by monitoring client satisfaction and renegotiating upon contract renewal.
  • Expanding your client portfolio by targeting multi-site companies within your regional scope, leveraging national references, and identifying opportunities outside agency boundaries.
