About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced commercial leader to spearhead sovereign revenue initiatives across the Middle East and Africa. This key position encompasses the entire deal lifecycle, from market exploration and stakeholder engagement to deal structuring and closure.
You will be at the cutting edge of technology adoption, forging strong relationships with high-level stakeholders and transforming complex, multi-party interactions into lasting partnerships. This is a role with significant responsibility and a substantial impact on Reflection's global growth trajectory.
Your Responsibilities
Drive Sovereign Revenue
Identify, evaluate, and finalize high-value sovereign contracts.
Lead intricate, multi-party negotiations from initial discussions to signed agreements.
Craft the Regional Strategy
Design and implement the go-to-market strategy.
Identify priority markets, accounts, and channels to foster sustainable revenue growth.
Engage with Executives & Government
Establish trust with senior government officials and key strategic partners.
Represent Reflection at prominent commercial and diplomatic events.
Develop Opportunities
Identify and cultivate new opportunities through monitoring RFPs, geopolitical trends, and regional insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Legal, Product, Policy, Communications, Government Relations, and Finance to structure viable, competitive deals.
Analyze Market Dynamics
Monitor regulatory changes, competitive landscape, and regional trends.
Convert insights into actionable commercial strategies.
Qualifications
Over 10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Commercial Diplomacy, Government Sales, or related fields.
Proven track record in managing high-value contracts and complex negotiations.
Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and government officials.
Ability to translate technical concepts into strategic solutions.
