Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Higher Education Leader to spearhead growth initiatives within our Northeast Region. This role offers a hybrid work model, providing flexibility between office and remote work. The ideal candidate can be based in any of the following cities:
- Boston, MA
- New York, NY
- Washington, D. C.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies in collaboration with leadership to secure and manage projects effectively.
- Encourage a collaborative and inclusive team culture by mentoring and empowering team members to reach their professional aspirations.
- Create an annual business plan that identifies client opportunities and outlines growth strategies for the region.
- Provide financial leadership to meet profit and growth objectives.
- Regularly assess and report on sector performance and strategic direction.
- Select and mentor personnel to build a strong, capable team.
- Contribute to industry thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, and presentations.
- Engage actively in national forums and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
