Wibra is expanding, and we want you to grow with us! We are currently seeking a passionate Regional Manager to oversee our stores. In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly influence the performance of multiple stores in your region. You will be tasked with optimizing operational efficiency, driving sales, and managing teams across 20 stores. You'll not only manage but also inspire, guide, and motivate your teams.
Your Responsibilities:
Coaching and motivating store managers and their teams.
Ensuring the right talent is in place within the stores.
Managing KPIs such as revenue maximization and productivity optimization.
Ensuring your stores maintain a uniform and commercial appearance.
Developing the right focus within teams, emphasizing customer satisfaction and team spirit.
Regularly assisting the team in enhancing the store's look and feel through hands-on support.
Acting as a communication bridge between the stores and head office.
Collaborating with colleagues to make the sales organization more effective and efficient.
This dynamic position involves frequent travel and daily interaction with enthusiastic colleagues in various stores, fellow Regional Managers, and office staff who provide you with maximum support.
