THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple depots. Your role will involve ensuring high service standards, optimizing fleet performance, and enforcing consistent execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will coach Depot Leaders and drive operational excellence, reporting directly to the Regional Director.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead and mentor Depot Leaders across various locations
- Enhance operational performance and elevate customer satisfaction
- Guarantee compliance with SOPs and service consistency
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement strategies
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost control initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Central Operations, Finance, and Human Resources
- Travel frequently (up to 50%) to support depot teams
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 7-10 years of experience in hands-on operational roles (e.g., car rental, logistics, retail, hospitality)
- 3-5 years in leadership positions managing multiple locations or high-volume depots
- Demonstrated capability in managing depot financials, including budgeting, cost control, and supplier relationships
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (and local language if applicable)
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to operate campervans
- A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to lead teams in dynamic environments
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed
- Genuine interest in our product and eagerness to learn the technical aspects of campervans
