Renewal by Andersen seeks a Regional Sales Consultant for its Hamilton, Ontario location. This is a full-time, commission-based position focused on in-home sales of premium window and door replacements. The company, part of Andersen Corporation, is known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and attentive service for homeowners across Greater Toronto and South West Ontario.
What you will do
- Attend homeowner appointments that are pre-scheduled by the company, no cold calling or project management involved.
- Lead in-home consultations: demonstrate window and door products, discuss available options, and provide personalized quotes.
- Use a proven, value-focused sales process to build trust and work toward same-day sales closings.
- Participate in training sessions and regular team meetings.
- Represent Renewal by Andersen with professionalism and integrity throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably with premium services or high-value transactions.
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to close sales on the same day.
- Willingness to learn and follow a structured sales methodology.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs. of sample materials.
- Comfort working with technology, including proficiency with iPads.
Compensation and benefits
- Uncapped commission structure, with potential earnings from $150,000 to over $300,000.
