We are excited to invite a proactive and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our expanding USA Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our diverse device portfolio and play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing a new sales team based in Atlanta, GA.

Our Networking Solutions business unit develops and produces industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, including routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices cater to clients operating in the most complex sectors, such as Industry 4.0, Smart City initiatives, and Green Energy projects. In this role, you will:

  • Lead, train, and motivate your dedicated sales team to represent Teltonika Networks effectively.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets and broaden our customer base.
  • Directly manage the performance and development of your team members.
  • Actively engage in the recruitment process for new team members.
  • Provide individual training and guidance to ensure team objectives are met.
  • Function as a 'playing coach' in all sales activities until your team is sufficiently empowered to operate independently.
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure accurate data entry by all sales specialists.
  • Contribute to market research by identifying potential opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee order tracking and rectification processes.
  • Coordinate technical inquiries and the logistics processes.
