Our Commercial Sales team is committed to fostering strong relationships with clients, thoroughly understanding their business challenges, and delivering customized solutions that generate substantial value and growth. We are in search of a seasoned, data-driven sales leader to oversee a team of Commercial Account Executives. As the Regional Vice President, Commercial EMEA, you will report directly to the Vice President of Sales, EMEA, and play a pivotal role in supporting our expansion efforts.

In a typical day, you might:

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor a dynamic team of experienced Commercial Business Unit Account Executives, who will develop and implement strategic account plans and close complex, multi-product deals that significantly enhance revenue.

  • Lead by example, actively engaging in the sales process to provide executive alignment, strategic guidance, and hands-on support, while fostering innovation and problem-solving to reach ambitious objectives.

  • Cultivate a collaborative, results-oriented sales culture through the establishment of clear performance metrics and regular constructive feedback, ensuring the team remains motivated, engaged, and aligned with corporate goals.

  • Continuously refine team processes, resources, and reporting systems to promote operational excellence and facilitate accurate weekly forecasting and sales performance analysis.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to synchronize sales strategies with product development, marketing, and customer support initiatives.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 8-10 years of SaaS sales experience with a proven history of closing high-value deals, including at least 2 years in frontline sales management.

  • Strong knowledge of data, analytics, or marketing technology platforms, along with experience selling to C-suite executives across various industries.
