About the Position
We are seeking a results-oriented Regional Vice President of Sales to join our Austin, TX team (hybrid: 3 days/week in-office) to spearhead customer acquisition and expansion revenue strategies within the U. S. market. As part of the leadership team, you will report directly to the VP of Sales and manage a team of Account Executives, focusing on increasing annual contract value (ACV) in your designated region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for new customer acquisition and pipeline growth

  • Mentor and support a team of AEs to consistently surpass sales targets

  • Engage in key negotiations and collaborate with Customer Success to drive expansion

  • Deliver accurate forecasts, performance insights, and process optimizations

  • Recruit, onboard, and cultivate high-performing sales talent

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in new markets and verticals

  • Work closely with technology teams to enhance systems architecture for scalability

Your Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in SaaS Sales Leadership; demonstrated ability to grow ACV and teams

  • Experience driving business growth from $20M to over $100M in revenue

  • Proven track record of building effective and efficient sales teams

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, energy, and attention to detail

  • Adept at influencing stakeholders at all levels within an organization

  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong relational approach

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and GSuite
