About the Position
We are seeking a results-oriented Regional Vice President of Sales to join our Austin, TX team (hybrid: 3 days/week in-office) to spearhead customer acquisition and expansion revenue strategies within the U. S. market. As part of the leadership team, you will report directly to the VP of Sales and manage a team of Account Executives, focusing on increasing annual contract value (ACV) in your designated region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for new customer acquisition and pipeline growth
Mentor and support a team of AEs to consistently surpass sales targets
Engage in key negotiations and collaborate with Customer Success to drive expansion
Deliver accurate forecasts, performance insights, and process optimizations
Recruit, onboard, and cultivate high-performing sales talent
Identify and pursue growth opportunities in new markets and verticals
Work closely with technology teams to enhance systems architecture for scalability
Your Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience in SaaS Sales Leadership; demonstrated ability to grow ACV and teams
Experience driving business growth from $20M to over $100M in revenue
Proven track record of building effective and efficient sales teams
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, energy, and attention to detail
Adept at influencing stakeholders at all levels within an organization
Exceptional communication skills and a strong relational approach
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and GSuite
