MeBe Family provides evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. The team focuses on empowering families, professionals, and communities through education and practical training in proven methods. Services include Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), all delivered with a play-based, research-driven approach.
Role overview
Registered Behavior Technicians at MeBe Family work directly with children with autism, helping them develop new skills and supporting their growth. This position offers a chance to start or continue a meaningful career in Behavior Therapy, working closely with experienced professionals who guide and mentor along the way. Each day brings opportunities to contribute to a child’s progress and well-being.
Training and support
- Paid training based on the Vincent Carbone method
- Two weeks of paid preparation to help candidates pass the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam
- Shadowing opportunities with Supervisors and direct guidance throughout the process

- Applicants with a genuine interest in behavior therapy, whether new to the field or already experienced as an RBT
