We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech-language therapy, and feeding therapy, offering personalized services that empower families and nurture children's growth. Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring professionalism and support towards clients, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and document client progress towards treatment goals, prepare necessary session materials, and effectively communicate updates or concerns with the BCBA and therapy team.
- Work closely with therapy staff to ensure the successful delivery of treatments and engage in ongoing training to remain current with ABA practices.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Completion or willingness to complete the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training within 60 days of hiring.
- Reliable transportation for travel to therapy centers is necessary.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- This role is active and requires frequent kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor.
- The ability to lift and carry clients and respond quickly to ensure their safety is essential.
