Willingness to work in various environments: school, home, center, and community. Training Requirements:Attendance in a required 40-hour RBT training program is essential. Successful completion of the RBT exam within 45 days of hire is required.

Your Role:

  • Provide support to individuals with autism in various settings including home, community, and our centers
  • Teach essential daily living and social skills using evidence-based techniques
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress
  • Engage in collaborative clinical team meetings and ongoing training
  • Implement interventions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Communicate effectively with team members, families, and supervisors
