Join our dedicated team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and help transform the lives of children with autism. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children one-on-one, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based practices to teach essential skills in communication, social interactions, and daily living, while minimizing challenging behaviors. The ideal candidate will embody patience, compassion, and a collaborative spirit. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel prepared and confident, regardless of prior experience. This role can be physically demanding; you should be ready to engage in various movements, including standing, walking, lifting, and occasionally carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
