Qualifications

Genuine passion for working with children with autism. Demonstrated patience, compassion, and teamwork skills. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, along with a Tuberculosis test (if needed). Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification upon completion of onboarding.
