Qualifications

Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Patience, compassion, and strong teamwork skills. Minimum age of 18 years. High school diploma or GED required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, along with a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the last year). Successful completion of a pre-employment background check. Physical ability to perform various movements (sitting, bending, squatting, etc.). Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification upon onboarding.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Utilizing proven, evidence-based techniques, you will help teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively minimizing challenging behaviors.
