We are on the lookout for a compassionate Behavior Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):
- Implement behavior management strategies grounded in applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collaborate in the creation and execution of individualized care plans.
- Provide direct support to clients utilizing behavioral therapy techniques.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Maintain precise documentation and records regarding client progress.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.

Qualifications for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy methods and principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in formulating and implementing care plans is a plus.
