Soundly Speaking Therapy Services, PLLC seeks a Registered Dietitian to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across Texas. This part-time, W2 position centers on nutrition assessment, medical nutrition therapy, and counseling for clients and their caregivers. All services are currently provided via teletherapy.
Key responsibilities
- Provide nutrition therapy to adults with IDD, including those with Autism, Down Syndrome, and related conditions.
- Deliver services remotely through teletherapy or in clients' homes when needed.
- Communicate with families about session details, goals, and client progress.
- Maintain monthly contact with case managers as appropriate.
- Complete and submit required paperwork within 24 hours of each session.
- Safeguard patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA, state, and federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, showing flexibility and a commitment to teamwork.
