Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience in adult health as a Registered Nurse (RN), ideally in critical care settings such as ICU, CCU, MICU, or Emergency Department (ED). Experience with Diagnosis, Billing, and Quality Measures Coding is advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with physicians, advanced practice providers, and medical office personnel, both verbally and in writing. A thorough understanding of health insurance benefit structures, particularly Medicare and Medicaid. Technologically savvy; a keen interest in software and technology is crucial for success in this role. Strong clinical skills and a flexible, energetic self-starter attitude to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Willingness to travel and commute to various training and support locations while being comfortable in a work-from-home setting. A solid ability to organize, prioritize tasks, make decisions, and work independently. Proven problem-solving skills are a must.
