Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Adhere to a designated care plan according to patient needs.
- Conduct home visits to clients within designated geographic areas.
- Perform assigned tasks, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Monitor clients' health status and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Follow up on, execute, and accurately document doctor’s orders.
- Conduct client assessments as necessary.
- Engage in case management and coordination.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.
