Join our team as a Reliability Lab Technician specializing in Blade Testing, where your primary responsibility will be to conduct rigorous reliability tests on production and R&D products. You will compile and analyze raw data to create comprehensive reliability reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Task Management: Prioritize and define testing tasks to ensure timely delivery for production and R&D projects.
- Tool Operation: Operate essential testing equipment including microscopes, mini-chambers, MST (Media Servo Tester), and blade testers to ensure high-quality testing is performed.
- Maintenance: Manage spare parts inventory, perform preventive maintenance as scheduled, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Interpret raw data and generate detailed reports to support engineering teams.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineers and colleagues across departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
