Educational Background: Diploma in any Engineering or Science discipline. Skills and Experience:Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office applications. Ability to work in a 12-hour shift pattern, accommodating both day and night cycles. Willingness to operate in a cleanroom environment. Strong eyesight with capability to utilize high-power microscopes. Basic proficiency in English communication. Excellent analytical skills. A collaborative team player who can operate with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Task Management: Define and prioritize testing tasks and sample arrangements to ensure timely delivery for both production and R&D projects.
Equipment Operation: Skillfully operate advanced tools including microscopes, mini-chambers, MST (Media Servo Tester), and blade testers, while ensuring the highest quality standards in testing procedures.
Maintenance Oversight: Manage spare parts inventory, conduct preventive maintenance within scheduled timelines, and troubleshoot any issues with the blade tester and mini-chamber.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Thoroughly analyze raw data and prepare detailed reports that support engineering teams in their decision-making processes.
Collaborative Engagement: Work seamlessly with engineers and colleagues across various functions to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
