About the Role
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Reliability Test Technician to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves the development and testing of our autonomous platforms at both the system and component levels. The ideal candidate will excel in meticulously designing and executing tests, driven by a passion for enhancing robotic systems through rigorous analysis.

- Collaborate with a close-knit team to conduct tests and thoroughly document findings to assist in root cause analysis.
- Engage with a range of components, including electronics, sensors, actuators, and structures.
- Draft comprehensive test procedures and document findings for future reference and repeatability.
- Maintain a well-organized test lab environment to promote efficiency and order.
- Provide ongoing feedback to team members to refine test specifications and systems.
- Support tests at external laboratories and field test sites.
We’re excited about you because you have…
- 5+ years of practical technical experience in mechanical, electrical, computer, automotive, or robotics industries.
- A solid understanding of schematics and datasheets, with the ability to interpret them accurately.
- Experience operating environmental test chambers, vibration tables, and mechanical load frames.
- Proficiency in soldering, crimping, and working with various components to ensure functionality.
