Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. This position is pivotal in facilitating analytics to enhance financial decision-making, developing data products for the Finance and Treasury departments, and providing support to various areas within the data analytics team.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of profound technical skills and strong business insight, playing a crucial role in our financial operations and overarching data strategy.

This role demands flexibility and comfort with rapidly changing priorities, with responsibilities spanning from comprehensive data analysis to handling ad-hoc requests and regular financial or regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Transform data into strategic insights by analyzing transactional data and financial performance to foster Xapo’s growth.
Summarize findings and clearly communicate them through visualizations and storytelling.
Develop and manage comprehensive data pipelines.
Create and maintain Looker dashboards for self-service analytics for stakeholders.
Serve as a strategic partner to the Finance and Treasury teams, as well as other departments, translating business inquiries into technical data requirements.
Assist stakeholders in interpreting and utilizing data in their daily operations, providing actionable recommendations based on analysis.
Support the Finance and Treasury teams in identifying and achieving financial efficiencies.
