- Efficiently process returns and refunds utilizing Refund Sniper.
- Manage and resolve customer order issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Handle FedEx and other carrier claims, ensuring precise tracking and resolution.
- Employ Zendesk, BigCommerce, SellerCloud, and ShipStation for ticket management and order processing.
- Keep meticulous records of customer interactions and resolutions.
