Role Overview
We are seeking a Remote E-commerce Support Agent to provide exceptional service to customers across various online sales channels while utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and uniformity. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced e-commerce settings and are adept at managing a high volume of customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, returns, refunds, and shipping.
Leverage AI tools for drafting responses and categorizing support tickets.
Oversee high-volume support queues via email and chat.
Ensure clear, accurate, and empathetic communication with customers.
Maintain and update customer and order records in support and e-commerce systems.
Recognize recurring issues and report trends to the wider team.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in e-commerce customer support.
Practical experience using AI tools for customer communication.
Mandatory remote work experience, including proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and familiarity with US or UK-based companies. Applications lacking this experience will not be reviewed.
Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities.
Ability to manage high ticket volumes and repetitive tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
Understanding of customer support metrics including CSAT and response times.
Experience in supporting omnichannel customer service operations.
