You will be an integral part of our team, converting complex tasks into streamlined processes.
As an Executive Assistant, you will stabilize and scale the CEO’s daily operations, acting as his “functioning memory.” Your efforts will enhance the quality of written communications and ensure that no detail is overlooked.
This position transcends traditional administrative roles. You will take ownership of essential operational processes, manage communication channels, oversee recruiting pipelines, and assist in implementing tools and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to alleviate the cognitive burden on the CEO and leadership team.
This is a full-time, remote position that requires outstanding written communication skills, strong follow-through, and the capacity to manage sensitive information with discretion. You will also handle both professional and limited personal tasks effectively.
