Location: Remote / Telehealth across Colorado
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually with comprehensive benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Role
We are on the lookout for a compassionate and qualified Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver virtual therapy services to clients throughout Colorado. This position focuses on guiding individuals, couples, and families as they navigate communication issues, relationship stress, parenting challenges, and significant life transitions.
In this role, you will conduct virtual sessions, develop tailored treatment plans, meticulously document client progress, and empower clients to achieve their personal and relational aspirations. This is a full-time telehealth position with consistent weekday hours and a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate remote therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct intake assessments to understand client challenges
- Design individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Assist clients in resolving relationship conflicts, navigating family transitions, managing parenting stress, and improving communication
- Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation
- Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Qualifications
- Must possess an active LMFT license in Colorado
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience working with couples, families, and individual clients
- Exceptional clinical assessment and documentation capabilities
