As a Remote Outbound Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and arranging meetings for our sales leadership team. This position is integral to our growth strategy, as you will initiate high-quality conversations, build a robust pipeline, and ensure seamless transitions to the sales team.

Work Hours
Fully remote | 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
    • Conduct outbound calls to U. S.-based executives (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, CEOs, Founders)
    • Lead concise, value-driven discovery conversations
    • Qualify prospects based on their needs, authority, timing, and strategic fit
  • Appointment Setting
    • Arrange meetings for the sales leadership team
    • Facilitate smooth handoffs of qualified leads to the sales team
  • Objection Handling & Sales Progression
    • Confidently address objections and advance conversations
    • Document detailed notes, insights, and next steps in the CRM
    • Maintain organized records of all interactions
  • Collaboration & Messaging
    • Collaborate with leadership to enhance talk tracks and objection management
    • Align outreach efforts with marketing campaigns
