As a Remote Outbound Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and arranging meetings for our sales leadership team. This position is integral to our growth strategy, as you will initiate high-quality conversations, build a robust pipeline, and ensure seamless transitions to the sales team.
Work Hours
Fully remote | 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound calls to U. S.-based executives (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, CEOs, Founders)
- Lead concise, value-driven discovery conversations
- Qualify prospects based on their needs, authority, timing, and strategic fit
- Appointment Setting
- Arrange meetings for the sales leadership team
- Facilitate smooth handoffs of qualified leads to the sales team
- Objection Handling & Sales Progression
- Confidently address objections and advance conversations
- Document detailed notes, insights, and next steps in the CRM
- Maintain organized records of all interactions
- Collaboration & Messaging
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance talk tracks and objection management
- Align outreach efforts with marketing campaigns
