In this role, you will develop lifecycle automations, manage marketing campaigns, and leverage data to transform subscribers into devoted brand advocates.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the complete execution of email and SMS campaigns (promotions, product launches, flows) Optimize lifecycle flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, etc.) Create and implement strategies to grow and segment the subscriber list while ensuring deliverability Personalize messaging and content utilizing audience segmentation and dynamic data Perform A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, creative content, and sending times Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, revenue, etc.) and provide actionable insights Maintain brand consistency and high design standards across all communications Collaborate with Creative, Brand, and E-commerce teams to synchronize campaigns with launches and objectives QualificationsExperience Required Minimum of 3 years in email marketing, preferably in a DTC e-commerce setting Background Proven track record in creating and optimizing campaigns that drive conversions Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and customer retention techniques Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for brand storytelling Bonus: Experience with SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Postscript, Attentive) Tools and Technologies Klaviyo (strongly preferred) or a similar email marketing platform SMS platforms (Postscript, Attentive, etc.) Google Analytics or other analytics tools Basic HTML/CSS skills for email formatting (preferred) Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, or similar)
